Deacon Luke Owens 88, of 5801 Resevoir Rd Winnsboro  SC passed away on March 17, 2016.  He leaves to cherish his memories one son: Morris Owens Winnsboro SC, three daughters: Mae Vessells, Virginia Owens of Winnsboro SC,  and Margaret Robertson of W. Dixiana SC. one brother: Fred Owens of Washington DC and  a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will miss him dearly. Funeral services will be 1:30 pm ( 12:30 viewing) Wednesday March 23, 2016 at St. John Baptist Church , 197  Anderson Quarry Rd. Winnsboro SC,  with burial in the Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 pm to 7 pm Tuesday March 22, 2016 at Russell-McCutchen Funeral Home  324 S Vanderhorst St Winnsboro SC 29180.
